Mini pistolet do piaskowania jest idealnym narzędziem do pozbywania się śladów rdzy, napraw wad lakieru i oczyszczania drobnych części. Jest również świetnym rozwiązaniem dla piaskowania ornamentów w różnych materiałach, włącznie ze szkłem oraz do grawerowania monogramów.

Znajduje zastosowanie w modelarstwie i litografii.

W zestawie znajduje się wąż o długości 1,8m z dwoma gwintami wewnętrznymi 1/8" i wbudowanym filtrem powietrza.

The round-pattern nozzle (0.5mm) of this tool sprays abrasive powder for a variety of uses; etching glass, plastic, metal or other materials, cleaning paint, discolorations, corrosion and rust from jewelry or other small items, erasing defects from artwork, and adding weathering effects to models, as well as many other applications.

The gravity-feed, 15cc cup has a screw-on cover and built-in, material flow control adjustment. Inline moisture filter attaches directly to the air inlet on the etcher and doubles as a handle; providing an improved grip on the unit. Water and other contaminates are captured from the airflow by a small-micron brass element and collected in a bowl at the bottom of the filter. Bowl features a spring-loaded valve for easy draining of any accumulated water.

Boxed set also includes 6' braided hose, hanging bracket, 150 gram bottle of fast-cutting, 220-grit, aluminum-oxide abrasive compound, and disposable face mask (we recommend the use of a cartridge respirator). Single-action trigger. Requires an air supply with a working pressure of 30 to 50 psi. Etcher and hose have standard 1/8" BSP fittings.

La coupelle à alimentation par gravité de 15 cm3 a un couvercle à visser et un réglage intégré du contrôle du débit de matière. Le filtre d'humidité en ligne se fixe directement à l'entrée d'air sur le graveur et sert également de poignée; offrant une meilleure adhérence sur l'unité. L'eau et les autres contaminants sont capturés du flux d'air par un élément en laiton de petit micron et collectés dans un bol au bas du filtre. Le coffret comprend également un tuyau tressé de 6 pi, un support de suspension, une bouteille de 150 grammes de composé abrasif à l'oxyde d'aluminium à coupe rapide, grain 220, et un masque facial jetable (nous recommandons l'utilisation d'un respirateur à cartouche). Déclencheur à simple action. Nécessite une alimentation en air avec une pression de service de 30 à 50 psi. Le graveur et le tuyau ont des raccords standard 1/8 "BSP.
